Beautiful decorative tribal hand woven coil basket bowls ideal for keeping fruit, statement table piece or hung on the wall.
These grass woven baskets bowls have been handmade in rural community of southwest India. The Indian technique of basket making using the coil method is generations old. Handed down from each passing generation the art is preserved. The colours in the baskets are made using natural dyes made from herbs.
- 30 degrees cool wash, with similar colours. Use colour safe detergent, we suggest avoiding detergents that have optical brighteners as these can alter the colour. Low tumble dry or line dry out of direct sunlight.
- By washing all low temperatures you are taking care of the environment and washing in the most Eco appropriate manner.
- We recommend knotting opening ties together, closing button openings and turning duvet covers and pillowcases inside out before washing – which will stop other items entering the duvet and preserve print. To avoid damaging linens it is always best practice to ensure washing machines are not over loaded as the twisting of the fabrics when a drum is overly full will put excessive pressure on the items
