• Please notify customer services by email or using the contact form bellow of your return request with in 14 calendar days of date item was received by customer.
• We will then issue a returns authorisation number. Once a returns authorisation number has been issued you have a further 10 days to return the items into camomile london's warehouse.
• All Products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or any other relevant labels from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.
• Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Camomile.london will not accept returned products that are returned to us without the relevant labels or that may have been altered from their original status, worn, washed or damaged.
• If an order is returned and is in need of reprocessing there will be an additional handling charge held back from the refund.
• Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. 
• Any returns sent without an authorisation number or outside of the returns period will not be accepted. 

Unfortunately we can not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product the best way to proceed is to create a return and place a new order online for the alternative product.

For EU and International orders outside of the UK you can arrange a return with the option for a pre paid DHL shipping label via our Global-E Returns portal. 

The cost of the pre-paid label is then deducted from your final refund. Alternatively you can send items back using your own preferred method of shipping.

If you have created a pre-paid label and are unsure of the cost, or would like some clarity before you dispatch the parcel please contact customer services we will be happy to assist.

• Ensure that when you fill in the parcels customs form that you clearly mark the items as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ so that no incorrect taxes or duties will be applied to the parcel upon its arrival into the UK. Any incorrect customs fees applied due to the failure to complete a customs form will be deducted from the refund.
• We would also advise emailing the tracking number to customer services to allow our team to follow the parcels progress.

• No. However to ensure that no incorrect taxes are applied to a returns parcel please ensure you fill in a customs form to accompany your parcel.
• Your chosen shipping provider will provide you with this form.
• Items should be declared as 'RETURNED GOODS'
• If you require a copy of the original invoice please contact customer service and they will be happy to assist.
• Failure to correctly declare returned goods on a customs form may result in incorrect fees being charged upon delivery. These fees will be the responsibility of the sender should the occur.
• If you have selected the pre=paid DHL label then the customs form will be filled in on your behalf. Just follow the instructions via the returns portal.
• Your final refund on returned goods will include the original taxes and duties paid on the items returned in full.
