You can return part or all products ordered on Camomile.london website within 14 (fourteen) calendar days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. All refunds will be issued minus original delivery charges.

How can I return or exchange a product ordered on Camomile.london?
You can return/exchange an item purchased from Camomile.london up to 14 (fourteen) days after the delivery date. The item must be in its original packaging and with its receipt; the return is at your expense.
All Products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or any other relevant labels from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Camomile.london will not accept returned products that are returned to us without the relevant labels or that may have been altered from their original status worn or damaged.

We are not responsible for return postage costs other than for incorrect or faulty items.
The goods must be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receiving.
Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will be then be processed.
When returning an item you should retain proof of posting from your shipper as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.
Because of increased volume during sale please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed once it is received into our warehouse.
Customers residing outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.
Please note: We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination; therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service.
