How can I return a product ordered on Camomile.london?

We hope that you love your order as much as we do but if something is not right you can return an item purchased from Camomile.london.

Please contact customer services with in 14 calendar days of date item was received by customer. Once a returns authorisation number has been issued you have a further 10days to return the items into our warehouse.

All Products come with a label attached. Do not remove the label or any other relevant labels from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product.

Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Camomile.london will not accept returned products that are returned to us without the relevant labels or that may have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. If an order is returned and is in need of reprocessing there will be an additional handling charge held back from the refund.

Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. If an order is returned in full the refund will be issued minus original delivery charges and handling charge. 

Any returns sent without an authorisation number or outside of the 14 calendar day period will not be accepted. 

 

Can i exchange a product?

Unfortunately we can not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange a product the best way to proceed is to create a return and place a new order online for the alternative product.

 

Returns authorisation number 

If you wish to return an item simply email customerservices@camomile.uk.com to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Please enclose this number with your items to be returned and send to:

UK Returns 
When returning an item you should retain proof of posting from your shipper as we will not be responsible for any items that fail to reach us or are damaged in transit.

Because of increased volume during sale please allow 7-10 days for your return to be processed once it is received into our warehouse.

Unfortunately due to delivery issues we can not accept returns via EVRi, please use an alternative trackable postal service.

 

International Returns 
Customers residing outside of the UK will be responsible for all costs associated with returning their order. 
Please note: We can't be held responsible for overseas items that fail to reach their destination or are damaged in transit; therefore overseas customers may wish to send their parcel via a registered trackable service. 

Parcels sent outside of the Uk need to travel with a customs declaration form please ensure that the parcel is declared as returns of goods to avoid incorrect tax/duties being applied to the parcel. Failure to do so may result in charges which will be deducted from the refundable amount.
