Who are Global-e?
Global-e are our cross boarder partners and facilitate the sale of camomile.london products to direct customers outside of the UK.
It is Global-e that receives the orders placed outside of the United Kingdom and processes the payments making them the exporter of record. The orders are then packed by our Camomile team and dispatches via Global-e approved carriers. All orders outside of the UK are subject to Global-e’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Global-e will be responsible for the following activities: Displaying the prices in the Customer’s local currency; Selling products marketed by Camomile.london via websites: www.camomile.london

How quickly will my order be shipped?
Our dedicated warehouse team aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
We can not deliver to PO box addresses (postal box) due to a signature being required upon delivery. Please ensure the address provided is a residential or commercial property with persons present to sign for the delivery.

Europe | Standard tracked post 5-10 working days | Express DHL delivery 2 - 4 working days.
International | Standard tracked post 7 - 15 working days (please note during busy postal times transit time can be up to 20 working days) | Express DHL 3 - 5 working days.
Saturdays, Sundays and UK Bank Holidays are NOT classed as working days.
How can i track my order?
If your shipping address is within the UK then you will be able to track your order via the DHL or DPD tracking number provide on the shipping confirmation email.
For international orders please follow the link to the Global E order tracking portal
If you did not receive an email with tracking information with in 2 working days of placing your order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and they will provide you with a tracking link.
Once an order is dispatched the resposibility for tracking the order and ensure availablity for delivery lies with the customer not camomile london.
Camomile london cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
Camomile london cannot accept any liability for orders not collected form pick up shops. If the customer fails to collect their parcel from the selected parcel | Pick up shop and the parcel returned to Camomile, the customer will be responsible for the cost associated with Camomile london having to retrieve the parcel.
Can i amend or cancel my order?
Unfortunately it is not always possible to amend an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact email@example.com with in one hour of placing the order. If the team have not dispatched the order we will endeavour to make the requested changes.
For International orders placed via our cross-boarder partners Globel-e we are unable to make amendments. The order will be canceled and we will ask that you place a new order.
If your order has already been dispatched then we will be unable to cancel or make any amendments and we request that you follow the return instructions on our Returns page
