If you select a shipping destination outside of the UK, then your order will be fulfilled by our international cross boarder partner Global-e . In all other markets the prices will not account for tax and duties on orders over your countries customs threshold; these will be communicated at checkout and you will have the option to either pay the additional charges when placing the order, or at point of delivery.

Who are Global-e?

Global-e are our cross boarder partners and facilitate the sale of products to direct customers outside of the UK.

It is Global-e that receives the orders placed outside of the United Kingdom and processes the payments making them the exporter of record. The orders are then packed by our Camomile team  and dispatches via Global-e approved carriers. All orders outside of the UK are subject to Global-e’s General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Global-e will be responsible for the following activities: Displaying the prices in the Customer’s local currency; Selling products marketed by via websites:

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Our dedicated warehouse team aim to dispatch your orders within 2 working days. Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

How can i track my order?

If your shipping address is within the UK then you will be able to track your order via the our DPD or DHL tracking number provide on the shipping confirmation email.

Can i amend or cancel my order? 

Unfortunately it is not always possible to amend an order once it has been placed. If you wish to cancel or amend your order please contact with in one hour of placing the order. If the team have not dispatched the order we will endeavour to make the requested changes.

For orders placed via our cross-boarder partners Globel-e we are unable to make amendments. The order will be canceled and we will ask that you place a new order.

If your order has already been dispatched then we will be unable to cancel or make any amendments and we request that you follow the return instructions on our Returns page
