IMPORTANT CHANGES TO UK to EU TRADING - Camomile london products are designed in the UK and hand made in India. This means under the new EU and UK trading rules our products do not qualify for preferential duty on the basis of India origin or on the basis of UK origin and will be subject to import duty on all orders over €150/£135.
Order value £135 and under (including shipping) are not subjected to Duty charges, however local Taxes (VAT/ TVA) applies.
Refusal to pay duties or refusal to accept a package does not mean the package will be returned safely to Camomile london.
The refusal process will attract a significant fee for Camomile to receive the goods back into UK. This will always be deducted from any return value the customer may be entitled to in the event refused shipments do eventually come back to our warehouse. Any parcels which do are not safely return to the warehouse will not be refunded.
Camomile london will not be held liable for fees relating to any customers refusal to pay Duties/ VAT and associated costs.
UK to USA - The minimum threshold for import tax is $800 . Goods/total orders valued below that are not subject to duty. For orders above this amount check with your local tax authority for duty estimates.
