* All shipping costs are subject to terms and conditions. The above prices are based on no voluminous items. Camomile London reserves the right to apply additional shipping fees to any orders over 10 kilos (box volume measure). Orders will not be dispatched without the customer’s consent and payment for the additional shipping fees.

Europe - Delivery up-date
EU Customers - Please note that now the UK is no longer part of the EU, you will be liable for any import duty, local taxes and clearing costs that are applied by customs or other authorities in your country of receipt.
We are still delivering but our services to Europe have changed from 'DDP delivery duty paid' to DDU delivery duty unpaid
Delivery by DHL or FedEx with online tracking, these services require a signature on delivery, please always nominate a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the parcel. There is a €13 to €15 customs clearing charge applied to every parcel, this cost is not applied at checkout and is payable to Fedex or DHL by the receiving customer.
Camomile London delivers all over the world with few exceptions. We ship to many countries on a DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the UK.
Camomile cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g., in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.
